Grandma bracelet with golden heart and personalized grandchildren's initials

Personalized grandma bracelet has custom initials and a golden brass heart. It is handcrafted just for you!.  If you would like a different name on the bracelet instead of "Grandma" (like Nana, Oma, or Gigi, etc., just list this in the notes along with the initials!)  Charms are hand stamped solid pewter. Large charm is approximately 3/4"in diameter and initial charms are 1/4" x 1/2".  Large charm is hung from overlapping adjustable area, and initial charms are hung from the single wire and will rotate around the bracelet. Indicate in notes if you prefer a different configuration. Bracelet inside diameter is approximately 2-5/8" and expands to approximately 3" for easy on/off and a comfortable fit.
