Alis Volat Propriis Necklace is engraved on a solid copper border with a golden brass rivet and eyelets. Center is engraved with a heart with wings. Pendant It is then oxidized, polished and finished with a brushed finish. The phrase signifies strength, independence and self reliance symbolizing female empowerment and freedom. Pendant is approximately 3/4" diameter. Pendant is suspended on necklace as selected.
This item is made to order, so variations will occur. Stamping is done one character at a time, and all may not line up perfectly, which should be considered part of its handmade charm.
Pendant is made from Sterling Silver that is reclaimed /recycled or from third party certified, ethically mined metal.
Please note copper and sterling can tarnish, but can always be polished to restore luster. Storing in zip seal plastic bag when not in use can help slow the process.
